GENERAL INFORMATION / HOURS
St. Mary of the Purification Catholic School’s  Extended Day Program is provided for all students (Pre-K through grade 8).  Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, virtual Extended Care began on October 26th, 2020. 

Extended Care Program Specifics

• Runs daily from 3:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m
• Runs Monday and Tuesday from 7:00 a.m .- 6:00 p.m. and Wednesday from 7:00 a.m. - noon.
• Available on early dismissal days, as well as, during the week of Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year.

REGISTRATION / FEES
It is highly recommended that all students enroll in the Extended Day program in case the need arises.  Registration begins Monday, September 14th at the school’s office. 

Associated Fees
 

• Registration Fee:            $20.00      per student 
• Program Costs:              $165.00    per child monthly charge  

• Late Fee Charge:           $   5.00     per 5 minutes (after 6:30 p.m.)

        Extended Care ends at 6:30 p.m.; Please respect the closing times of Extended Care

Governing Policy For Un-enrolled Students

• Students who are not enrolled normally in the extended care program and who have not been picked up by 3:40 p.m. will be taken to extended care.  
• First late pick-up (after 3:40 pm):  No charge
• Second late pick-up (after 3:40 pm): $15.00 per child charge by the hour beginning at 3:40 pm
• Third late pick-up (after 3:40 pm): $15.00 per child charge by the hour beginning at 3:40 p.m plus a $20.00 Registration Fee.  
• Parents/Guardians will have the option to fully enroll their child in the Extended Care Program or to continue to pay $15.00 per hour per child on a day-to-day basis.

Payment Policy

• All fees are due by the 5th of each month.  
• A late fee of $20.00 is added after the 20th day of each month.
